Υπολογίζεται ότι περίπου 15 βρίσκονται άνθρωποι είναι εγκλωβισμένοι στα συντρίμμια.
Δώδεκα οικογένειες ζούσαν, σύμφωνα με πληροφορίες, στο κτήριο, ενώ δεν έχει γίνει ακόμη γνωστό πόσοι άνθρωποι βρίσκονταν μέσα σε αυτόν την ώρα της κατάρρευσης.
Επισήμως, η κατάρρευση του κτηρίου, το οποίο βρίσκεται στην περιφέρεια Καρτάλ, δεν αποδίδεται σε έκρηξη. Οι αρχές δεν έχουν δώσει ωστόσο πληροφορίες σε σχέση με τα αίτια της κατάρρευσης.
Στο σημείο έχουν σπεύσει δυνάμεις της πυροσβεστικής και της αστυνομίας.
